The wardrobe is the largest volume in a bedroom, and because it covers most of a wall it directly shapes the feel of the room. Varalli has 14 wardrobe models, and every one of the nine collections includes at least one wardrobe. The names also tell you the type: glass wardrobes in Puglia, Valencia, Montera, Pylos and Portofino, a glass-door wardrobe in Calvi, open wardrobes in Pylos and Calvi, and a wardrobe with doors in Formentor. The Portofino Wooden Wardrobe, the Valencia Lacquer Wardrobe and the Rovello and Salina wardrobes are among the options as well. The Perra Wardrobe stands outside any collection.
Glass doors show what is inside, so they call for a carefully kept interior; solid doors leave the room a calmer surface. An open wardrobe needs no door clearance, but the clothes become part of how the room looks. The wardrobes are made to the size of the space in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye, and the finish and color are decided for each project.
When thinking about dimensions, look not only at the width of the wall but also at the ceiling height, the space the doors need to open and the distance between the bed and the wardrobe. Hinged doors need clear space in front of them; if that space is not there, the door type should be reconsidered. Should I choose a glass-door or a solid-door wardrobe?
Glass doors make the clothes visible and add depth to the room, but they require the interior to be kept tidy at all times. Solid doors hide clutter and leave a simpler wall. Whether the wardrobe stands in the bedroom or in a separate dressing area also affects this decision.
Is the wardrobe made to the size of the wall?
Yes. The wardrobes are made to the dimensions of your space in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye. Wall width, ceiling height and door type are settled for the project, and the finish and color are decided at the same stage.
Which collections include a wardrobe?
All nine collections include a wardrobe. Portofino, Valencia, Pylos and Calvi offer more than one option. The Perra Wardrobe can be chosen independently of any collection.
How do I get a quote for a wardrobe?
There is no fixed price list on the site. Send us the wall dimensions and the model you like on WhatsApp and we will prepare a quote. You can see door and finish samples up close at the Modoko showroom by appointment.
