Walk-in Closet Designs
A walk-in closet takes clothes out of the bedroom and into a space of their own. The wall that would otherwise go to a wardrobe in the bedroom is freed, and dressing and getting ready happen in a separate area. Varalli has 8 walk-in closet sets, each in the language of its own collection: the Portofino, Rovello, Puglia, Salina, Valencia, Montera, Pylos and Formentor Walk-in Closet Sets.
A walk-in closet often opens onto the bedroom, so choosing it from the same collection as the bedroom set leaves no break in the transition. Montera's champagne tones and bronze details, Rovello's walnut and classic panels, and Valencia's natural oak and fluted panels each create a different atmosphere in that transition. The sets are made to the size of the room in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye, and the finish and color are decided for each project.
When planning a walk-in closet, first be clear about what will be stored: hanging clothes, folded clothes, shoes and accessories each need a different depth and height. Leave room in the middle to move, a mirror in one corner and a place to sit. Benches and ottomans for seating, and the dressing tables planned together with the walk-in closet, have their own pages.

If there is a separate room or an alcove connected to the bedroom, a walk-in closet gathers storage in one place and gives the bedroom more breathing room. If that space is not available, a wardrobe running along the wall is the better solution. The decision is made together with the dimensions of the plan.
