Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice (KVKK)

Data controller

This notice has been prepared by Varalli Interior (Modoko Sanayi Sitesi, 3. Cadde No:229/A, Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye), as data controller under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform people who visit the www.varalliinterior.com website and contact us.

What personal data do we process?

The name, phone number, email address, topic and message you share in the appointment, request and contact forms, together with the page from which the form was sent.

Information you share in correspondence and calls when you reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email (for example the project address, floor area or images).

Our website has no user accounts, payments or membership system; no identity or card details are requested.

For what purposes do we process the data?

To respond to your request, plan appointments, carry out the site survey and quotation process, and answer your project, product and after-sales support requests.

To fulfill our legal obligations and protect our rights in the event of a dispute.

Legal basis and method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the website forms, WhatsApp, phone and email channels. Processing is based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, and it is in our legitimate interest provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfer of data

Form submissions are forwarded to our corporate email address through the email delivery service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co); the servers of this service may be located abroad. Communication via WhatsApp takes place over the WhatsApp infrastructure. The location map is displayed by Google Maps.

Apart from these, your personal data is not shared with third parties; it may only be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations upon their lawful request, within the framework of the relevant legislation.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To avoid showing the short request form repeatedly, only a reminder entry containing no personal data is written to your browser's local storage (localStorage); you can delete it in your browser settings.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
