When planning storage, start by looking at where each item is used. When pots and pans sit near the cooktop, plates and glasses near the dishwasher, and dry goods next to the preparation area, unnecessary steps in the kitchen are reduced. Using drawers instead of doors in the base cabinets makes it easier to reach items at the back. The cabinet interiors, doors and finish are decided for each project, and the kitchen is made to the size of the space in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye.
A display cabinet is a storage unit that breaks up a wall of closed cabinets and shows what is inside. It suits serving sets, glassware and pieces you want to display more than everyday items. When choosing its place, pay attention to the traffic passing in front of it and the space its door needs to open.
