Teen and Children's Room Chairs and Armchairs
In a children's or teen room, sitting does not happen only at the desk. There is a chair for homework, a bench by the window for reading, an ottoman for when friends come over and, in the nursery, a nursing chair. Varalli has 43 models in this group, most of them tied to a collection.
Study chairs are available in Portofino, Rovello, Salina, Montera, Pylos and Calvi, while the Child Chair and Work Chair models stand outside any collection. Reading and window benches are found in Portofino, Puglia, Salina, Pylos, Formentor and Calvi. The Rovello, Montera and Calvi teen armchairs, the Montera Children's Sofa, ottomans and stools are also on this page. On the nursery side are the Portofino Nursing Chair and the Portofino Footstool.
When choosing seating for a children's room, portability matters as much as size. A light stool or ottoman moves easily from the play area to the desk, while a bench sets up a fixed reading corner by the window. With a study chair, the seat height should suit the desk and the feet should rest on the floor or a support. All models are made in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye. The teen armchairs are also listed on the armchairs page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which study chairs are available for a children's room?
The Portofino, Rovello, Salina, Montera, Pylos and Calvi collections include a study chair. For those looking for an option outside the collections, the Child Chair and Work Chair models are on this page. If the room is furnished with one collection, choosing the chair from the same collection keeps it consistent.
Is there a nursing chair for the nursery?
Yes, the Portofino Nursing Chair is for the nursery. With the Portofino Footstool and the Portofino Nursery Side Table beside it, a comfortable corner can be created. Placing the chair near the crib but clear of the door path makes night use easier.
Are the chairs and armchairs made to measure and in your choice of fabric?
Yes. The models are made in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye, and dimensions, finish, fabric and color are decided for each project. When choosing fabric for a children's room, it helps to talk about ease of cleaning as well.
What should I do for prices and samples?
As there is no fixed price list, quotes are given on WhatsApp or at a showroom appointment. You can see the samples up close at the Modoko showroom. If you are looking for dining chairs or bar stools, they are on separate pages.
