Console Tables
A console table is the first piece of furniture you see when you enter a home. It offers a surface for keys, bags and mail, and together with a mirror or painting hung above it, it sets the character of the entryway. It is also used in the living room to complete a wall or to form a line behind a sofa. Varalli has 15 console table models.
The Formentor Console Table is part of the Formentor collection, defined by burgundy leather, red marble and brass. The other models stand outside any collection: Alberti, Bellucci, Donati, Giordano, Luciani, Marchetti, Monti, Orsini, Riccardi, Rossetti, Salvi, Serafini, Starlight and Valentini. Most of these names also appear in the tables and bookcases sections, such as the Monti Console Table and the Monti Coffee Table. The console tables are made to the size of the space in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye, and the finish and color are decided for each project.
When choosing a console table, depth often matters more than width. If the entryway is narrow, a shallow console table leaves the path clear. Make sure it does not extend into the door's swing, and plan the mirror or lighting above it together with the wall. If the entryway needs more storage for shoes, bags or keys, a solution with drawers can be considered.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does a console table go?
Its most common place is the entryway, where it creates a welcoming area with a drop-off surface and a mirror. It can also be used behind a sofa in the living room, in the dining room or in a hallway to complete a wall.
Will a console table fit in a narrow entryway?
It usually will; what matters is the depth of the console table. Our console tables are made to the dimensions of your entryway in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye, so the width and depth are planned for the space.
Are there tables or bookcases with the same name as a console table?
Some models have them. For example, alongside the Luciani, Marchetti and Orsini console tables there are also coffee tables and bookcases with the same names. If you are furnishing the entryway and the living room together, you can look at these products side by side.
How can I find out the price of a console table?
The price of a console table depends on its dimensions, material and finish, so there is no fixed price on the site. You can share the model and your entryway dimensions on WhatsApp, or book an appointment at our Modoko showroom to see the samples.
