Bathtubs and En-Suite Bathrooms
The bathtub is the piece that takes up the most space in a bathroom, so its placement is decided at the start of the plan together with the plumbing. When it is positioned well, it turns the bathroom into a place where you spend time, not just one you use. At Varalli, the bathtub appears in the en-suite bathrooms of the collections. This page has 8 products: the en-suite bathroom sets of Portofino, Rovello, Puglia, Salina, Valencia, Montera, Pylos and Formentor.
Most of these sets are also listed on the shower enclosures page, because in larger en-suite bathrooms the shower and the bathtub are set up together in the same plan. The bathtub is chosen in the project according to the language of the collection, and the character of the collection carries over into the bathroom: navy and brass accents on a cream base in Salina, red marble and brass in Formentor, smoked wood and stone in Pylos. Furniture pieces such as the vanity and mirror are made to the size of the bathroom in our Modoko workshop in Ümraniye.
If you are considering a bathtub, first look at the width of the bathroom and the passage space that will remain around the tub. A freestanding bathtub and one set against the wall need different amounts of space. If a side table or towel cabinet will be added next to the bathtub, its place should also be planned from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much space does a bathtub need in the bathroom?
There should be comfortable room around the bathtub to pass and to use it. This space varies with the bathroom plan, the position of the tub and the location of the plumbing. That is why the space is measured in the project, and the position of the bathtub is decided together with the shower, washbasin and toilet.
Which collections include bathtubs?
The en-suite bathrooms of the Portofino, Rovello, Puglia, Salina, Valencia, Montera, Pylos and Formentor collections include a bathtub. Each bathtub is chosen as part of the en-suite bathroom set of its collection.
Can a bathtub and a shower enclosure be in the same bathroom?
In larger en-suite bathrooms they can, and in most of the sets on this page the two are planned together. That is why the same en-suite bathroom sets also appear on the shower enclosures page. If the space is narrow, it is better to choose one of the two.
